Oh My PDF processes all PDF operations entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to any server. We don't see, store, or have access to your documents. Period.
When you purchase Oh My PDF Pro, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your email address and a transaction ID from Stripe. We store your license key in Cloudflare KV to verify your purchase. That's it.
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic in aggregate — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. We also measure high-level product actions: which tools are used, when the free daily limit is reached, and how many visitors reach the pricing and checkout pages. None of these events contain your documents, file names, license keys, email addresses, or any other personal information — we only count actions. This involves cookies set by Google. Your documents are never part of it: files are processed entirely in your browser and never transmitted anywhere, so there is nothing about them to measure. We don't run ads and we don't sell data.
Claiming a license to an email address is entirely optional — the license works without it. If you claim, we store that email address, the license key, and sign-in audit events (issued via one-time email links; no passwords) to let you restore your license across devices. You can ask us to remove this association anytime at the address below.
Your PDF files, their contents, file names, or any data about what you do with the tools. The only thing stored on your device is localStorage for license management.
